The USB HUB connections usb type "A" to "B" Cable

The usb hub connects from the laptop or PC via a usb type "A" connector into the usb hubs usb port type "mini B". The optional AC power adapter is also located next to the usb port mini B as shown above. All ports controlled through a real NEC chip.

Testing the USB Hub with USB Devices

In testing the usb 2.0 hub a usb printer, and usb scanner were used and connected on adjacent side of the hub. The green LED shown is indicating power to the hub from the usb cab connected to the PC. The usb 2.0 hub was recognized immediately along with the usb devices attached to it. The usb 2.0 hub handled the demand from the scanner to the printer without any noticeable delay as if it was connected to the source PC.
