Shipping Services

We offer a variety of shipping services to cater to your needs. Our options range from the economical USPS Ground Advantage to UPS and FedEx ground, with expedited shipping available for those needing their orders sooner. Please note that all packages are shipped from our warehouse located in Clearwater, FL. When selecting ground or postal options, keep in mind that normal ground shipping to the west coast typically takes 5-6 business days, while postal shipments may take up to 10 business days. For estimated transit times, refer to the map provided by UPS. It's important to note that these times are approximate and not guaranteed.

Saturday Delivery and Weekend Consideration:

Please be aware that Saturday delivery is not available, and neither UPS nor FedEx consider Saturday or Sunday when calculating delivery times for orders.

Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii:

Flat-Rate Shipping is exclusively available for customers in Alaska and Hawaii whose entire order weighs less than 13oz. If your order exceeds this weight limit and you've selected Flat-Rate shipping, your order will be canceled with instructions to place it again with ground shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Shipping to Canada:

At this time, shipping to Canada is exclusively available through UPS and FedEx. Unfortunately, free or discounted postal shipping is not an option. Please be aware of any customs or duties that may apply to your shipment.

International Shipping:

We have partnered with DHL, one of the world's leading logistics companies, for fast and secure deliveries across the globe. DHL is our preferred provider and default option for international shipments due to their competitive rates and extensive network that reaches over 220 countries and territories worldwide. While DHL is our standard shipping carrier for international orders, we are flexible and willing to accommodate different shipping preferences if specified by the customer.

Shipping Deadline:

We strive for efficiency in processing and shipping your orders. Approximately 90% of all orders placed before 1 PM Eastern time Monday through Friday are shipped the same day. Orders placed after this cutoff time will be shipped on the following business day, excluding Holidays and weekends.
